Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-18

1. Acceptance of terms

By using ORBIT (sky.193.233.161.46.nip.io or any future domain), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What ORBIT is

ORBIT is an informational tool that aggregates funding rates and price spreads from public perpetual futures exchanges. We display data, run backtests, and link to exchanges. We do not:

  • Execute trades on your behalf
  • Hold custody of your funds
  • Provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice
  • Guarantee accuracy of any data shown
  • Operate as a broker, exchange, or money transmitter

3. Not financial advice

All content on ORBIT — including funding rate spreads, backtest results, opportunity rankings — is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Cryptocurrency and perpetual futures trading involve substantial risk including total loss. Past performance does not predict future results. Backtests are historical simulations and do not guarantee live execution at quoted prices.

Consult a qualified financial advisor before making trading decisions. You are solely responsible for your trading activity.

4. Data accuracy disclaimer

We aggregate data from public exchange APIs and third-party sources. Data may be delayed, missing, or incorrect. Mark prices shown may differ from executable prices on the exchange. Slippage from orderbook depth is estimated but real execution may vary. We make no warranty as to data accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

5. Exchange risks

When you click an exchange link, you transact directly with that exchange under their terms. We are not affiliated with most exchanges (some have referral partnerships disclosed via UTM parameters). We have no control over and no responsibility for:

  • Exchange downtime, withdrawals, or KYC procedures
  • Smart contract bugs or hacks on DEX platforms
  • Regulatory actions affecting exchange access
  • Disputes over your trades, deposits, or withdrawals

6. Referral disclosure

Some links to exchanges include affiliate/referral codes. If you sign up through these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you (some exchanges share fee rebates with you as well). This helps fund ORBIT's development. We don't recommend exchanges based on commission rates — our data quality and feature comparisons are independent.

7. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service. Specifically:

  • No automated scraping at rates exceeding our public rate limits
  • No attempts to penetrate or disrupt our infrastructure
  • No reproduction of data for resale without permission
  • No use for illegal activity (sanctions evasion, market manipulation, etc.)

We may block IPs or take other measures to enforce these terms.

8. No warranty

ORBIT is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Use at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORBIT and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including trading losses, missed opportunities, data errors, or service interruptions. If liability is found, it is limited to the amount you paid us (which is zero — service is free).

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the "Last updated" date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ORBIT's operators reside. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
