What ORBIT tracks: which perp exchanges and markets, where funding, mark prices and orderbooks come from, and how fresh each data source is.
Venues
Currently 45 active CEX and DEX. The main ones, broken down roughly:
- Tier 1 CEX — Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget, BingX, Gate.io, HTX, KuCoin, MEXC, BloFin
- Tier 1 DEX — Hyperliquid, dYdX, Paradex, Lighter, Backpack, Aster, Orderly, Pacifica
- New L1/L2 DEX — Hibachi, edgeX, NADO, Variational, Reya, StandX, Ethereal, ApeX, Extended
- HIP-3 sub-DEXs — dreamcash, HyENA, trade[XYZ], Felix, Kinetiq, Paragon, Ventuals
Refresh Cadence
Different data has different staleness budgets:
- Funding rates (current) — 60s polling for Tier A (top 50 assets), 5m for Tier B (next 250), 15m for Tier C (long tail)
- Order books (mark + bid/ask + depth) — 30s polling for top markets
- Historical funding settlements — pulled on every settlement boundary
- Open Interest / 24h Volume — alongside funding rates, same cadence
- OI rank (global) — refreshed every 6h from CoinGecko derivatives data
- Top Spreads 7d Backtest — recomputed every 10 minutes
Asset Coverage
200+ crypto assets tracked actively, plus 80+ TradFi RWA (real-world assets) on Hyperliquid HIP-3 sub-DEXs: gold (XAU), silver (XAG), copper (XCU), oil (WTI), single stocks (TSLA, NVDA, AAPL, etc.), equity indices (SP500, NDX), and forex (EUR, JPY, GBP).
Long-tail crypto coverage depends on which venues list the asset. Use the Screener's class filter to switch between crypto / TradFi / all, and the exchange filter to narrow to just venues you actually use.
